Standard Package Website

A standard package website will include all the essential features to get your business started online and has been designed to suit most needs. However, depending on the services your business offers you may require specific systems or functionality to slightly enhance your site. Below is a breakdown of what is included with every standard package and what will incur additional charges prior to launching the site.

The creative brief we provide will need to be completed in full before we start to build the website so please take the time to ensure it is well written and formatted. We’ll correct minor grammatical errors if we find them but copywriting is not part of our service. We will let you know if your brief requires more work and offer some advice to help point you in the right direction. It is important that the written content is clear and informative as it can make or break a business online.

Custom Website Package

A custom website package will apply to individuals or businesses that are looking to build unique, complex or large scale systems such as an eCommerce store. Within this league of web development there are many variables that come into play when determining cost, timeframe and resources required so unfortunately there is not a ‘one size fits all’ option. Step 2. Choosing your hosting plan

Once your website has been built you will need to sign-up for a hosting plan. We use this system to streamline the running of your website, meaning you have support when you need it, adjustments can be simple to make and your website will be maintained at a professional standard. You can choose from three plans depending on your needs and you may upgrade or downgrade at anytime. We recommend starting with our Managed Website Plan if you are unfamiliar with the WordPress or Magento backend, as you’ll most likely notice changes that need to be made within the first few months, after which you may revert to our Hosted Website Plan if you feel everything is in order.

Hosted Website Plan

Basic support ensures the website will be maintained and that we will be available to answer questions. Please note that assistance with any changes you’d like to make will be limited. This hosting package is for people who have a grasp of backend systems and are capable of adding content and making changes themselves.

Managed Website Plan

Managed support means we will be available to make all changes to content, webpages, products and backend functionality. This hosting plan is for people or businesses that either don’t have an understanding of WordPress, or would rather  our technical staff manage the system.

Marketed Website Plan

Marketed support is our premier web package that provides a dedicated 360 service. All alterations, updates and support will be personally managed by a select team member who will also provide monthly sales reporting. This is the package for business who wish to accelerate online traffic and conversions.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Process

    • You are welcome to cancel anytime, at no cost.
    • You wish to cancel and keep the website files/move to another host you will need to pay a termination fee of $360 if you have been with us for less than 12 months. If you have been with us for 12 months or more we will export the website files and send them to you free of charge.
    • The domain name/names we have purchased on your behalf will be left to lapse or can be transferred to you for the initial cost of each domain.
    • In the event you held a Marketed Website Package with us, all marketing administration details will be handed over to you.

Late Payments

    • In the event that you miss a monthly payment you will be notified and will have 7 days to complete payment. If, after 7 days payment has not been made your shop/booking feature will be disabled. After 14 days your website will be suspended and inaccessible to the public until the outstanding payments are made.
